MEMNO roadmap: what we deliberately skip early
Good products say no too. Our roadmap phases A–F — and the features we are not building now so MEMNO stays focused.
Every week of development brings new ideas. The roadmap helps us build what matters first — and deliberately say no to what would dilute MEMNO.
Phases at a glance
- ✅ v1 (live): core, i18n, marketing, magic link, PDF, invoice, Stripe Billing
- Phase A–C: two-sided platform (optional client account)
- Phase D: notifications & open approvals
- Phase D+: contextual communication on change requests
- Phase E: Easy Pay (Stripe Connect Express)
- Phase F: nice-to-have (client-initiated requests, team invites, retro link)
Deliberately not early
No mandatory sign-up for clients. No separate client portal. No Slack replacement. Easy Pay not before phases A–C. Mangopay not as default.

MVP success criteria for two-sided platform
- Client can confirm without account — conversion unchanged
- Client can optionally see all accepted projects
- No regression in owner flow
- Owner in project A, client in project B — both lists correct
